Q What is the expected delivery time of my order?

A Order of single items & 2m widths are the quickest as they are usually deliveried on a overnight next working day service.
4m
widths are despatched via a freight carrier that will deliver within 1-3 working days.
We can arrange for 4m widths to arrive on a overnight service please call for details.
If your order is temporary out of stock we will offer an alternative colour/product, if unsuitable it usually takes 10 to 14 days to obtain your orginal choice.
You may cancel your order at anytime before your order is despatched call 0844 879 7266.

Q Can I have my order delivered to my friends address or my place of work?

A Your card details will be checked against the delivery address. If they do not match we may need to contact you for further details. You may need to ask your card issuer to register an additional delivery address i.e. your place of work to you card, it will then be possible for us to process your order & make a delivery at this address.

Q Can I collect my order from you directly?

A Yes, all orders can be collected from our showroom in Sheerness, Kent. We will also refund any delivery charges charged if you make a collection yourself. You must remember to bring with you the payment card you used to make your purchases so that we can make the refund. Before travelling please call or email so that we can confirm that your order is complete & ready for collection.

Q I have placed an order with you but you haven’t charged my card?

A We do not make any charges to your card until your order is despatched. We may however obtain pre-authorisation that funds are available & conduct security checks with the card issuer.

Q What happens if I’m out when my order is delivered?

A Our courier will leave a card if they cannot make a signed delivery. The card will have the details of the local depot where your order has been returned. You can then arrange directly with the courier a date & time for re-delivery.

PLEASE NOTE If delivery is unsuccessful the second time, it will be your responsibility to collect your order from the couriers depot local to you. Deliveries uncollected for 7 days may be returned, re-delivery charges then apply.

Q Can you provide a sample so that I can see the quality & colour?

A Yes we can supply samples of all our floorcoverings. We highly recommend you do this if colour matching is important.

Q I have received my order but I wish to return items. How do I do this?
