Returns & Cancellations If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any items to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed to protect the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly. If you wish to cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We will then refund the order in full less any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Direct expenses incurred include any delivery / re-delivery costs whether charged or not (e.g. FREE Delivery). We work closely with all our delivery partners to maintain competitive delivery costs, written confirmation of these direct expenses may be requested. We can also arrange for your order to be collected by our own courier however these 'Third Party Collections' are more expensive than the original delivery cost and we therefore cannot guarantee this will be the most economical method of return. |
