Due to various set-ups of computer monitors & manufacturing techniques colour differences can occur..

Our carriers will attempt to deliver your goods to the address stated a maximum of twice, after which it will be your responsibility to arrange collection from their local depot or pay a re-delivery charge.

Each order is carefully inspected for faults & defects before being despatched, any visible damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery and to ourselves immediately.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER IF YOU FEEL IT HAS BEEN RIPPED, STAINED, CUT OR BENT OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.

Please sign the drivers paperwork as "UNCHECKED"

If you provide the driver with a signature you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We will not be able to make a claim on your behalf for damages if the freight company can provide us with a copy of your signature.


Deliveries will be to the main ground floor entrance to your premises, the driver is not permitted to enter your premises. (The handling of flooring rolls is heavy & the roll should not be bent, it may be easier to leave it outside until ready to be fitted)

You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the delivery company. If access is not possible for any reason the carrier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your order far from the place of unloading)

It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for the delivery. The driver is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature

We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by telephone, the standard delivery service used is within 3 working days. As we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays & no compensation will be payable by ourselves.

Please note in a similar way to rolls of wallpaper, flooring rolls can shade differently between roll batches. Unless advised by telephone we may cut your order from different rolls that may shade slightly. Please call us requesting a colour match if sections are to be joined together.
